Weekly Update

Happy Chilly Friday!!

Attached is our updated AV for the week of November 17, 2025.
We have put a new crop of fresh plants on the AV and are excited for them to go to their new homes! Please make sure to look for buds, color, or no color.
Next week (17th-21st) will be our last FULL week of shipping before the Thanksgiving holiday! If there are any plants that you need, we would highly recommend getting your orders in as the following week we will only be coming to Charleston on Tuesday the 25th. We will be closed for Thanksgiving the 26th – 28th. The Hi Cotton team is ready for a much-needed break with family and friends! 
We will update the availability list on Tuesday the 25th for deliveries in December.

Weekly Truck Line Up

Tuesday—North Coast/Greenville/South Coast

Wednesday – Charleston/Local

Thursday—North Coast/ Aiken/Augusta/Columbia

Friday—Charleston/Greenville

When ordering from us, please note the following:

  • You must have your completed order and additions to us by 10:00am, the day before shipment or picking up. This allows us more time to pull your order and let you know if there are any issues with the order you placed with us. Please include a good phone number on your order so we can easily get in touch with you about any issues that may arise while pulling your order and any possible substitutions or shorts. Please email your orders to orders@hicottongreenhouses.net or you may fax them to 803-874-3533. If you have a specific question about our availability, please email your question to orders@hicottongreenhouses.net or you may call us at 803-874-4747. Please leave us a message if we are not able to answer the call and someone will return your call. 

  • For landscape delivery customers, we must have a good contact (phone number) of who is meeting the truck so our drivers can get in touch with that person. It is expected that a representative from your company meet our truck and help unload, count, and sign the invoice that everything is there and that there are no issues with counts, etc. Our drivers have limited time at each drop, so with help unloading and counting, they can make their other drops on time. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

  • For Pick up customers, we must have your order placed by 10:00am the day prior to you picking up. Do not come out to the greenhouses without placing an order before coming and expect to be able to pick up that day. We will gladly take your order and have it ready for you the following day. Pick-Up orders are usually ready by 9:30am. 

  • We charge a $50.00 minimum delivery fee on all delivered orders.  The delivery fee may be higher, depending on your location.  We require a $400.00 minimum order for delivery.  If this is not met, a $30.00 minimum order charge will be added on top of your order.  If paying by credit/debit card, we charge an additional 3% on top of the entire invoice total.
