Weekly Update

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Team Hi Cotton!
First and foremost, we would like to THANK ALL OF YOU for your continued patronage this year. We truly appreciate the awesome opportunity to work with all of you. 2025 has been a great year of growth for our business and you all certainly played a major part in this. 

Attached you will find our Spring Variety and Price List. It is a guide to go by as you plan for the Spring season. As we have done in the past, we will be sending out an availability list with what is available for that specific week. The list attached is as up to date as possible, but subject to our plug and cutting suppliers being able to fill our orders.

We have begun taking preorders for the Spring season. To place a preorder we need to know what you want, what size, color, and a desired date (week). Once you place your preorder, we will go back to our suppliers and secure the plugs/cuttings and plant those items specifically for you. This program is designed for larger quantities of specific items. If you need quantities of 1, 2, 5, you should be able to order those off our weekly availability list. Please email or call us if you have specific questions. We will need prebooking's as soon as possible to be able to meet your desired delivery dates. Today, Thursday, we will be celebrating Christmas here at Hi Cotton with all team members with a nice catered lunch and we might actually get to see Santa again this year. He should have gifts in his sack for everyone that is on the nice list!
We will be closing operations today at 11:00 for our celebration and all of our team is looking forward to an extended break to enjoy the season with family and friends.
We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, January 6th at 8:00am.
It is our hope to publish an availability for delivery the week of January 12th with a fresh crop of Pansies and Violas.

When ordering from us, please note the following:

  • You must have your completed order and additions to us by 10:00am, the day before shipment or picking up. This allows us more time to pull your order and let you know if there are any issues with the order you placed with us. Please include a good phone number on your order so we can easily get in touch with you about any issues that may arise while pulling your order and any possible substitutions or shorts. Please email your orders to orders@hicottongreenhouses.net or you may fax them to 803-874-3533. If you have a specific question about our availability, please email your question to orders@hicottongreenhouses.net or you may call us at 803-874-4747. Please leave us a message if we are not able to answer the call and someone will return your call. 

  • For landscape delivery customers, we must have a good contact (phone number) of who is meeting the truck so our drivers can get in touch with that person. It is expected that a representative from your company meet our truck and help unload, count, and sign the invoice that everything is there and that there are no issues with counts, etc. Our drivers have limited time at each drop, so with help unloading and counting, they can make their other drops on time. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

  • For Pick up customers, we must have your order placed by 10:00am the day prior to you picking up. Do not come out to the greenhouses without placing an order before coming and expect to be able to pick up that day. We will gladly take your order and have it ready for you the following day. Pick-Up orders are usually ready by 9:30am. 

  • We charge a $50.00 minimum delivery fee on all delivered orders.  The delivery fee may be higher, depending on your location.  We require a $400.00 minimum order for delivery.  If this is not met, a $30.00 minimum order charge will be added on top of your order.  If paying by credit/debit card, we charge an additional 3% on top of the entire invoice total.
